Every opportunity must pass financial, legal and operational due diligence. Funding applies to the approved acquisition and does not mean every cost of joining or running the business is automatically covered. -
No. Funding is subject to assessment, due diligence, lender criteria and final approval.
Being part of the Sourced network does not guarantee that a particular property deal, mortgage application or acquisition will receive funding.
